We teach beginners the magic of skiing, a mindful skiing aproach to enjoy not only skiing but the outstanding nature of the mountains.

Our Skiing proposal
During winter I currently teach Skiing in the Alps, during the last 2 seasons 2024/25 and 2025/26, I have been working for 2 different Skiing Schools in Austria, where I had the opportunity to improve and practice my skiing skills and continue doing what I love the most wich is teaching.
My aproach to teaching Skiing to beginers is very much focused on Safety, a step by step aproach to technic, and enjoyment. I am convinced that this are the 3 main Pilars to construct self confidence, motivation and sometimes some common fears that appear on our first learning stages.
I like collaborating with skiing schools that have a similar aproach to teaching and that create a safe and relax space to learn a sport that’s so deeply connected to nature.
I call my aproach to teaching MINDFULL SKIING, being present in the moment, makes you aware of your body movements and your surrounding, breathing becomes part of a useful technic to relax and move away all those tensions that block the flow of your body, in the process of learning this beautiful technic.
Stay put, and by the beginning of the Autumn I will announce where I will be working next winter season 2026/27. Whether you have been with me in previous seasons or you are new to the sport I would be very happy to see you.

Ski Experiences
Move with the Mountain
Skiing is not just about going down a slope.
It’s about learning how to move with the mountain — with balance, awareness, and flow.
These ski experiences are designed to guide you through a natural progression, where technique, confidence, and enjoyment evolve together.
Whether you are stepping into skis for the first time or refining your skills, the focus remains the same:
helping you feel connected, in control, and free in your movement.
Beginner Ski Experience — Your First Steps into Flow
Every skier starts at the same place — learning how to stand, slide, and trust the process.
With the right guidance, this stage becomes not only easy, but deeply enjoyable.
What You Will Learn
How to use your equipment comfortably and safely
Finding balance and stability on skis
Sliding, stopping, and controlling your speed
First turns (wedge / snowplow)
Understanding the mountain environment
Building confidence step by step
This is not about rushing.
It’s about creating a solid foundation so everything that comes next feels natural.
Intermediate Ski Experience - From Control to Flow
Once the basics are in place, skiing transforms.
You begin to move more fluidly, with less effort and more awareness.
What You Will Learn
Parallel skiing and smoother transitions
Greater control through edging and pressure
Adapting to different slopes and snow conditions
Managing speed with confidence
Introduction to carving
Developing rhythm, timing, and flow
At this stage, skiing becomes an experience — not just a technique.
You stop thinking so much, and start feeling the mountain.
The Benefits of Learning to Ski

Focus and presence in the moment
A sense of freedom and exploration
Deep connection with nature
Skiing naturally brings you into a state of flow, where everything aligns — movement, attention, and environment.
Your Equipment — Simplicity & Awareness
The right equipment supports your learning.
It should feel like an extension of your body — not something that limits you.
What You Need
Skis, boots, and poles
Helmet and goggles
Layered, weather-appropriate clothing
If you are starting, renting is often the best option.
It allows you to learn without overcomplicating the process.
Key Insights About Your Equipment
A few simple details can completely change your experience:
Boots — Your Connection to the Skis
A precise fit gives you control
Too loose = less stability
Too tight = unnecessary tension
Comfort and precision must work together.
Skis — Let Them Support Your Learning
Shorter and softer skis are ideal for beginners
Easier turning, smoother progression
Designed to help you, not challenge you
Helmet — Essential, Always
Protection and confidence
Warmth and comfort
A non-negotiable part of your setup
Clothing — Freedom to Move
Layering is key
Stay warm without overheating
Choose flexibility over bulk
A Different Learning Experience
This is not about rigid instruction or pressure to perform.
It’s about creating the right environment for you to learn —
with clarity, patience, and awareness.
You will not just learn techniques.
You will understand how your body moves, how the mountain responds, and how to adapt naturally.
Step Into the Experience
Whether it’s your first time on snow or your next step forward,
this is an invitation to explore skiing in a different way.
More awareness.
More flow.
More freedom.
TRAINING PRE- SEASON TIPS

Preparing your body before stepping onto snow changes everything.
Skiing becomes more enjoyable, your movements feel lighter and more controlled, and your body is far better protected against fatigue and injury. This program is designed for both beginners and intermediate skiers, with a clear, progressive structure that helps you build strength, stability, and confidence week by week.
You don’t need to be an athlete to start.
